Our department functions as the primary interface between the patient and the healthcare facilities. Our staff reviews referrals to the Center and identifies patients who meet the Center’s tertiary care referral guidelines. Moreover, we coordinate and facilitate other administrative processes inside the Center including admissions and appointments to clinics.
The department consists of three (3) main units, namely Referral System Unit, Bed Management Unit, and Medical Report Unit.
