PSCCQ launched its 59^th awareness campaign for the prevention of heart disease last Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the facility security forces building in Qassim. This was spearheaded with a slogan "Protect Your Heart, Your Life, Young Heart".

The said campaign awareness drive lasted for three hours and was well-attended by more than 102 security men. With the successful result of the event, Dr. Ahmed recommends to continually establish this campaign because it is useful and helpful knowing the fact that it promotes public health in all sector of society. Hopefully, this activity will continue to create a significant impact in raising awareness to educate the people regarding the precautionary measures and prevention not only of heart diseases but all the other diseases as well. Some of security personnel were referred to the heart center clinics, to be re-examined more accurately, to take the necessary and required examinations, and to check their health status in the midst of their own health problems. 

The Assistant Commander of the Facilities Security Force in Qassim region, Brigadier General Jamaan bin Ahmed Al-Zahrani expressed his sincerest gratitude to Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim  and its medical team for initiating this truly meaningful  Campaign because it expanded their limited knowledge on several methods to limit the spread of heart diseases and  the ways to prevent it. He was also thankful for the easy and vivid delivery of adequate information and sufficient explanation of educating them with medical knowledge. More so, Brigadier General Al-Zahrani generally thanked all employees of the Ministry of Health, the General Administration of Health Affairs in Qassim region, and the Qassim Health Group for their diligent efforts and services that looks after the interests of each and every citizen. 

The entirety of the campaign simply indicates that PSCCQ is more than willing to reach out to every individual, every sector, every employee regardless of their work and status.
