The center's medical team performed a life-saving operation to a newborn weighing around 3kg and suffering from a reversal in the pulmonary artery. This caused the baby's heart to stop beating due to lack of oxygen saturation in the blood, amounting to a 35% rate. Thus, the doctors performed a surgical operation to install an arterial link without using a heart lung machine. With all glory and praises to the Almighty Allah, thankfully, the operation was successful and the newborn was transferred to the cardiac intensive care unit until his condition stabilizes.

It must be known that such surgeries require quick and accurate intervention in order to prevent the condition from worsening. An immediate action must be fully given to save the patient. In this particular case, with God's grace and divine intervention, along with the efforts of the center's medical staff, the newborn patient was saved. The PSCCQ administration and staff ask God to bless the child with continued health and wellness.
