The Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim
organized an induction program for new trainees of the Diploma in Cardiac Nursing.
The event was held at the E-Library of the Center and was participated by a
number of trainees from different regions in the Kingdom, including Hail,
Madinah, Qurayyat, Shaqra, and many more.
The said program was substantially
filled with a lot of various activities such as; educational information
and training on clinical skills, some training methods, and many others. The
trainees were also introduced to the center's training staff and were also
taken to an introductory tour of the center's departments.
It is worth noting that the Cardiac
Nursing Diploma Program was approved as a training program by the Saudi
Commission for Health Specialties in 2014. From then on, the program has
benefited a lot of people and has produced a lot of graduates who eventually
turned as health practitioners from Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Qurayyat, and Asir.
The program's graduates are now presently engaged in several specializations
such as cardiac care departments, cardiac catheterization, open heart
operations, cardiac surgery departments, and other related services.
As per approval of the Saudi Commission
for Health Specialties, this program is considered as one of the highly
approved and recommended training programs of the center, in addition to the
Saudi Fellowship Program in Pediatric Cardiology, Saudi Fellowship Program in
Cardiology for adults, and Saudi Fellowship Program in Cardiac anesthesia.
Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim is
indeed acknowledged and recognized as one of the best heart centers in the
Kingdom who doesn't limit their services on treatment alone but also takes
every step to enhance and develop the capabilities of their medical staff.
