The Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al-Qassim held a training course on safety systems and on several ways to deal with crises and disasters. It was held at the center's training hall wherein it was well-attended by its targeted crowd - the center's medical and technical cadres. The said course was primarily aimed for the employees to be well-equipped and well- informed with the knowledge about precautionary and preventive measures in handling disasters.

The very active and intelligent lecturer, Engineer Ahmed Al-Ghunaim shared descriptive and detailed information on safety systems, methods of dealing with crises and disasters, and training on emergency codes used in hospitals. He also further explained how to use fire extinguishers and how to deal with it in cases of fire. This informative knowledge helps everyone to be readily prepared in emergency situations.

It is recognizable that this training course has catered more than 400 employees of the center and it comes within the efforts of the Facilities and Safety Department to enhance the capabilities and develop the readiness of all the center's employees in case of emergencies.
