Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim's Department of Pediatric Cardiology published a scientific paper on cardiac catheterization and closure of the patent ductus arteriosus by means of a type 2 amplifier - the Amplatzer duct occluder type II additional size. 

This scientific paper is known to be a part of the many research activities of the medical team of the center's Department of Pediatric Cardiology, as headed by their consultant, Dr. Yasser Ahmed, Pediatric Cardiologist. 

It is a notable and a widely known fact that the medical team of the center's children's department has been continuously excelling in medical research about pediatric diseases and pediatric cardiology. They are at their best capabilities to make sure that they're always coming up with a very educative and a very informative medical paper. Praise be to God, many scientific papers of the center have been published in both local and international medical journals. 

Aside from being able to generate scientific papers, the said medical team is also obliged to supervise medical students, residents, and fellows in their scientific and research activities. 

It was known that in 2021, 3 scientific papers of the center were already published in international medical journals. We are hoping to have more papers to be published right before the end of 2021.
