PRINCE SULTAN CARDIAC CENTER QASSIM HOLDS TRAINING COURSE ON STRATEGIC PLANNING

Prince Sultan Cardiac Center held a 5-day training course for its employees to enhance their capabilities and to train them to be at their best while performing their duties in their respective areas of responsibility. The course started on Sunday, July 4, 2021 and ended on Thursday, July 8, 2021. The course was entitled Strategic Planning in the Light of National Transformation 2020 and the Kingdom's Vision 2030. It was enwrapped and substantiated with a series of lectures from Dr. Ali Abdel Hamid Ahmed.

During the course proper, Dr. Ahmed imparted important and detailed facts and information about the concept of planning, the importance of planning and achieving the goals of the organization, principles of sound planning, concepts and importance of strategic planning, analysis of the internal and external environment, and a review of values of 2030 AD. Dr. Ahmed also discussed relevant topics such as determining performance indicators for each operational goal, in addition to making a timetable for the month's work, making a schedule for each port, following up with implementation and other important points for strategic planning in light of the national transformation. 

The center's management confirmed that the said strategic planning course is one of the most important and relevant courses for their employees especially during this period, where national transformation 2020 should set in along with the Kingdom's vision 2030. This is a big contributory factor for employees to live up to the spirit and sense of the kingdom's role for the Saudi vision. The course also inclusively aimed to have their employees work in permanent and outstanding excellence in providing medical and health services for each and every beneficiary of Prince Sultan Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery. 

Holding different training courses is the center's way to uphold to their mission and vision of providing the best medical services to their beneficiaries. The center's administration wanted to make sure that their employees are well-trained and well-deserved to be handling different cases of ailments.
