PSCCQ’s Social Service Department served 12,427 during the first half of the year

The Department of Social Service of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim has served a massive number of patients, totaling 12,427. The said number of patients is catered in the span of six months for this year, 2021. The Social Service Department has provided medical and social services to these figured patients populace. 

The PSCCQ administration confirmed that the Social Service Department is duly responsible in receiving calls from the hotline and they are attentively attending to it in 24/7 time.  As reported, the department received more than 8, 479 calls during the first half of this year. They also helped the patients in facing and solving the problems they have encountered which unfortunately affected their normal and healthy lives, to the extent of harming the progress of the patient’s treatment. They also make sure to cooperate with the medical team and the patient's family in implementing the treatment plan as well as facilitating the exit plan after recovery. A total of 1,071 visits are recorded as the number of patients who passed the preliminary assessment.  And the number of cases that completed the exit procedures reached a total of 1,053 while the number of procedures for critical cases reached a total of 28 cases. And an approximate number of 11 cases were reported for transfer procedures.  

The statistical figures are simply an obvious indication that the center is truly capable of dealing and serving patients of large numbers. PSCCQ is always ready to serve. It is also the center's fervent prayers that may Allah guide them all and heal all their patients.
