The PSCCQ administration and staff mourn the untimely death of our colleague Dr. Majeda Farajat, Director of Quality Management & Patient Safety. Dr. Farajat work at the center for 6 years

The administration and staff expressed their sincere sympathy and condolences to her family.  We asked and prayed to Allah to bestow mercy and forgiveness to Dr. Farajat, may she be granted eternal peace and be given with the best reward of her religion.

Likewise, the PSCCQ administration and staff prayed for love to enfold at the grieving family in this time of sorrow. They may also be healed in the passage of time.

Moreover, we thank Dr. Farajat for her hard work and contribution to the center.
