Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim holds a 5-day training course for its employees entitled Change Management and Strategic Thinking. It started on Sunday, 21 Dhul Qadah 1442 and will commence on Thursday, 25 Dhal Qadah 1442. 

The course' resource speaker and lecturer, Dr. Ali Abdel Hamed Ahmed, touched several related points and information including the best practices and modern methods in managing institutional change and strategic thinking with a success rate of not less than 90%. He also tackled the ways on how to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in reaching the highest performance rates. Dr. Ahmed also explained how to identify administrative process with a holistic approach and he also sees to it that the trainees are well-endowed, well-informed, and well-trained with familiarization of related concepts in managing institutional change wherein leadership methodology must be adhered to and that practical methodology must be followed and applied to lead the said institutional change. 

The management of Prince Sultan Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery disclosed that this course is considered to be one of the most important courses of this time especially that it is the employees prerequisite to fully understand and to fully cooperate in the Kingdom's 2030 vision. The employees are trained to be able to actively and efficiently participate in the center's partaking to reach the change that the Kingdom seeks in the plan drawn up for the Saudi vision. Furthermore, the center is also looking forward to train their employees and work more in providing the best medical and health services to all beneficiaries of the heart center in Qassim.
