The Human Resources Department of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al-Qassim topped the monthly index as it coveted the first place in the ranking of all human resources department in the entire region.

The said achievement was granted based on the Human Resources Department's unwavering commitment and excellence in their services and their distinguished work performance as a team.

The PSCCQ management was grateful beyond words for the highly-coveted achievement attained by the Human Resources Department. They also confirmed that the said department achieved the first place for the ESR indicator and for duly accomplishing the requirements for regulating human resources in all of the region's hospitals and human resource planning centers in July 2020. It should be known that the Human Resources Department performs several and various tasks such as completing the data used to organize human resources, in which it is being sent in a monthly basis. It also performs its task to do the inventory of the manpower files, in addition to making the manpower increase. The leakage files and the HR files for ESR standards and all three files require a monthly update. The HR department is also responsible for reviewing the manpower data files, updating the actual work of each employee, determining the work of the unknown, and confirming the presence of the final and qualified employee of the department, administration, and other tasks related to the work of human resources. 

The Human Resources Department of the center truly deserved to become the first place in the monthly index. Their bounteous and unstinting dedication to perform their duties and responsibilities needs to be recognized. As part of the body and backbone of PSCCQ, the Human Resources Department will always carry out their tasks well and with moral and spiritual standards.
