The Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim concluded the 2-day activities entitled 8th Innovation
in Cardiac Care Symposium under the theme of “Exploring Innovation and Latest
Advancement in Cardiac Care” held last December 3-4, 2019 at the
Movenpick Hotel in Buraidah.
PSCCQ’s Center Director, Dr.
Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Al-Mesnid, led the conclusion of the said conference.
Moreover, he sincerely thanked the members of the organizing committee for
successfully holding this event. Dr. Al-Mesnid also showed his gratitude and
appreciation by handing out Certificates of Honor and Recognition to everyone
who took part in realizing the program. He also recognized them by commending
their unified efforts in coming out with this successful activity
which was considered to be a very important annual event for all the
center's employees.
On the first day of the activities it
was highlighted with the presentation of scientific research related to the
field of cardiology. There was also a management workshop from a new
perspective which was facilitated by Dr. Stephen Brooks of the University of
Manchester.
On the second day, a series of
vital and very important workshops were also undertaken. This included the
Basic Level ECG Interpretation Workshop, Pain Assessment and Management Workshop,
the Hemodynamic Monitoring Workshop, and the Basics Life Support (CPR).
This activity was duly approved by
the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. And more than 350 health
practitioners participated in the said activity.
As the head of the organizers, Ms. Lailah Abed
Eddin, extend her gratitude in behalf of the organizing committee, she
tremendously extended her sincerest and genuine gratitude to all the people
behind the success of the said conference.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Financial
and Administrative Assistant Director Mr. Abdullah Al Fouzan, and PSCCQ’s
Medical Director Dr. Abdullah Al Qwee.
