SCFHS renewed the accreditation for Saudi Cardiac Nursing Diploma Program

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties renewed the accreditation of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al-Qassim as a training center for the Saudi Cardiac Nursing Diploma Program without any reservations or observations.

PSCCQ director, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Mesned received a letter from the Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. For his part, PSCCQ Director, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesned is thankful to have been awarded by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialty for the renewal of the accreditation of Saudi Cardiac Nursing Diploma Program.

He said that this recognition comes as a culmination of the leadership of the Center in the field of Education and Training according to the vision set that is to be distinctive and pioneering in Education, Training and Research adding that this recognition will contribute to filling deficit in the field of cardiovascular nursing in Qassim specifically; and more so in the Kingdom in general. The director of the Saudi Cardiac Nursing Diploma Program, Ms. Laila Abed Eddin, pointed out that there is a strong demand from the Saudi nurses to enter this program as the only program in the Qassim region which qualifies the trainee to obtain the specialization certificate in cardiovascular nursing. It is worth to mention that the center has a total of 12 trainees currently working in center.
