THE SCFHS VISIT PSCCQ TO RENEW CENTER'S RECOGNITION AS A TRAINING CENTER FOR SAUDI BOARD OF ADULT CARDIOLOGY FELLOWSHIP

A committee from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties visited the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al-Qassim on January 2, 2019 to renew the center's recognition as a Training Center for the Saudi Board of Adult Cardiology Fellowship Program.

The committee was represented by Dr. Al-Mahar Al-Jadid and Dr. Osama Al-Habrami. They were warmly received and welcomed by PSCCQ's Center Director, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Mesned and Mr. Abdullah Al Fouzan, PSCCQ's Administrative Assistant and Financial Director.

 Dr. Al Mesned took the opportunity and spoke about the mission of the center's management in its continuous pursuit of developing training programs. He also talked about the importance of training, education, and research which the center attaches great importance to. He made sure the center will always take its part in conducting training that will make the health practitioners more efficient in their field. PSCCQ will always help to train and serve the people. 

Afterward, the committee reviewed the methods of the fellowship application in accordance with the standards of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. They also met the 11 trainees from all levels. And they got the chance to visit the Center for Simulation, Digital Library, and the Training and Education Equipment of the center. 

At the end of the said meeting, the members of the committee were so impressed with the center's methods of training, as well as the education and performance of the trainees. The team highly praised and congratulated the entire PSCCQ for their unwavering and continuous dedication to serve with quality and to train with purpose.
