The Quality, Patient Safety and Accreditation Committee of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim conducted a meeting chaired by the Center Director Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesned, last Thursday 27^th of December 2018 at the Pediatric Cardiology OPD conference room. There were 22 members who attended the said meeting.

As the chairman, Dr. Al Mesned made an introductory statement emphasizing the steps to comply with the CBAHI standards.

On the other hand, the QPS&A Director, Dr. Majeda Farajat presented the topics to be tackled all throughout the meeting's entirety. This included the Recent ESR Survey Results and the Undergoing CBAHI Accreditation Orientation and Overview. She also discussed the latest results of the evaluation's visit to the basic national requirements for patient's safety that it was built upon.

Furthermore, the members of the committee altogether took part and contributed to the planning and formulation of a certain strategy for accreditation in 2019. In addition, the revised Action Plan for the results of the evaluation's visit on basic national patient's safety requirements was also approved.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al Mesned emphasized the importance of dedication, commitment, and group work in achieving the desired goal. It takes a unified effort and selfless contributions to make it happen.
