The PSCCQ Patient Experience Committee held a meeting at the center,  last Thursday morning, November 29, 2018. The meeting was presided by the chairman of the committee, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesned, Center Director. The meeting also was attended by members of the committee Mr. Abdullah Al Fouzan , Deputy  Center Director, Mr. Sami Al Bouty, Chief of Patient Experience Department,  Dr. Magda Al Farajat, Director of Quality and Patient Safety, Deputy Director of Nursing Service Ms. Laila Mahmoud Hassan, Director of General Services Mr. Ahmed Al-Harbi and Mr. Salman Al-Harbi, Center Director Secretary.

Dr. Al Mesned explained that one of the objectives creating the Patient Experience Committee is to ultimately increase the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the health services provided by the center. This is also in addition to its aim of continually developing and maximizing their services through a periodic follow-up that should be conducted by the committee and that it must be in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Health in the National Transition Program of Vision 2030.

In this connection, the results of the patients' satisfaction were presented, reviewed, and discussed in the special site of the Ministry of Health. As such, the committee designed and prepared a plan of action to maintain or even alleviate the high rates of patients' satisfaction and likewise improve the ratings. Wherefore, this committee was shaped up to augment and magnify the quality services provided by the center.
