Director General of Health Affairs in Qassim Region honors the health heroes during the pilgrimage

The Director-General of Health Affairs in Qassim Region, Mr. Mutlaq Bin Al Khamaly acknowledged and likewise honored the staff of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim for their exemplary participation during the pilgrimage season. He was more than glad to have witnessed how much effort and involvement does the PSCCQ participants did in order to safeguard the health conditions of all the pilgrims.

Accordingly, Mr. Al Khamaly emphasized that the Kingdom sought to provide comfort and assurance of a heedful health care for the pilgrims from the moment they arrive until they leave. He also recognized the Ministry of Health for playing a big part in the work system of several parties present during the pilgrimage. More so, this was made possible because of the selfless services and medical attention is given by about 500 group of medical, technical, and administrative specialties along with the guidance and attention of His Excellency, the Minister of Health. He proudly added that it was so comforting and rewarding to note that the pilgrims were able to perform their Hajj without being affected by the disease. Mr. Al-Khamaly was also thankful enough to the Almighty Allah for looking over the welfare and safety of the pilgrims.

In recognition of the outstanding and dedicated commitments of the PSCCQ staff and in appreciation of their respective roles, they were honored in a given ceremony held last Tuesday, September 19, 2018, at Movenpick Hotel. During the said ceremony, a video presentation on the efforts of all the medical staff who took important parts during the pilgrimage was vividly presented. It also includes a visual presentation of a number of medical achievements and a number of overwhelmed children who have recovered from the sufferings of a disease. Because of this, they were tagged as Health Heroes. Their services are indeed beyond compare.

Likewise, PSCCQ has been recognized for their active involvement. With these, PSCCQ received a Plaque of Appreciation for thereby supporting the health care watch for the pilgrims.
