PSCCQ successfully concluded the "2nd Cardiac Computed Tomography Workshop"

The Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim has successfully concluded the 3-day course entitled  2nd Qassim Cardiac Computed Tomography Workshop held at Golden Tulip Hotel. Participants were dominated by consultants from various hospital in Kingdom.

According to PSCCQ consultant cardiologist, Dr. Rami Abazid, this course was objectively designed to train physicians on how to perform CT scan of the heart as well as making analysis of reading pictures/images and writing reports.

He also pointed out that the 3-day sessions will be valuably filled with a series of numerous educational lectures regarding CT scans. It will also be fully supported with a visual presentation of 50 different conditional cases of the heart by using several computers equipped with advance programs.

Dr. Abazid further added that this particular training session will captivate the imagination and likewise catch the interest of specialists and doctors. And surely they will express their desire of recurring this event together with a large number of participating doctors.

During the 3rd day and at the end of the training session, participants will be given certificates of experience which will entitle them to obtain and proceed with the training of Cardiac CT Association certificates (SCCT) for the first level.
