SCHS grant re-accreditation for Saudi Fellowship program

PSCCQ director, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Mesned received a letter from  Saudi Commission for Health Specialties announcing  their decision to continue the accreditation of  Saudi Fellowship Program for four (4) years. Dr. Sulaiman Al-Omran Deputy Secretary-General of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties said that this report prepared by the commission is to recognize the program after they had finally an ocular visit to the center.  

The  committee from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties paid a visit to the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim last December  for  re-accreditation of the Saudi Fellowship Program. The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties took an ocular tour to the Training Center where they were shown the classroom, stations, and equipment used for hands-on training and simulation in  education as a teaching modality.

For his part, PSCCQ Director, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesned is thankful  to have been awarded  by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialty for the re-accreditation of Saudi Fellowship Program adding that this recognition will contribute to the plug in the cardiologists in Qassim Region  specifically and Saudi Arabia in general, it helps to ease the involvement of doctors in this training program without having to look it up in the centers outside the region.
