Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesned,  Center Director of  the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim, , has received an appreciation letter from Assistant of General Director of Health Affairs in Qassim for Finance and Administration,  Mr. Saleem Al Rasheed   & Assistant of General Director of Health Affairs in Qassim for Planning and Training,  Mr. Abdullah Al Nassar.
