GOVERNOR OF QASSIM REGION WILL ATTEND OPENING OF INNOVATION IN CARDIAC CARE SYMPOSIUM

The Governor of Qassim Region, His Royal Highness Dr. Prince Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud Al Saud will be supporting and gracing his presence in the forthcoming Annual Scientific Conference of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim. This two-day event will be held on December 18-19, 2018 at the Movenpick Hotel in Buraidah. 

This particular event was organized by the General Directorate of Health Affairs in Qassim Region and will be represented by Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al Qassim. The Director General of Health Affairs from Qassim, Mr. Mutlaq Bin Al-Khamaly expressed his overwhelming gratitude and appreciation to His Royal Highness for confirming his presence in the conference. The presence of the Prince comes as a very rare opportunity, which is why everyone was so delighted.

This conference will include discussions of scientific research presented by about 30 consultants and specializes in cardiac care. They will hand down lectures, workshops, and practical training for health practitioners in order to make the event fruitful, productive, and satisfying.

According to Dr. Abdulrahman Al Mesned, PSCCQ's Center Director, the center has been holding this conference annually as an integral part of the strategic training plan of the administration. In addition, this activity aims to train and develop the skills of health practitioners especially in dealing with all cases of emergency heart-related illness.

For this year, many speakers specializing in the field of cardiac care has been invited. Speakers within and outside the Kingdom will join and will share their learning’s and experiences. 

Furthermore, this conference will be held for two days including 16 lectures and 10 workshops. This is also accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for 16 CME Hours.

Therefore, all health practitioners are encouraged to attend the conference considering that they will surely benefit from its outputs and recommendations.
