Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim recently held its 48^th Awareness Campaign for Prevention of Heart Diseases under the theme “Your Heart, Your Life… Protect Young Heart” held at Fatima Bin’t Mohammad Elementary School in the city of Buraidah.

This campaign was designed for the teacher and their students to benefit from the health teaching imparted by our team of qualified healthcare providers.  During the activity, the medical team performed taking the weight and Height Measurement, blood sugar test, blood pressure check, and nutrition information. A total of 12 teachers and 188 students participated in the said activity. The campaign was launched in the presence of the Head of the School Ms. Ebtisam Saleh Al Omari.  The campaign also includes morning exercise for the students and their teacher.

Ms. Mariam Ghaleb Al Harbi, Head of Communication, Relation and Awareness Administration, stressed that this campaign is the continuation of PSCCQ's ongoing public service. As it is, the objective of this campaign is to continue disseminating information on the prevention of heart diseases and awareness of the disease itself. The efforts of the team were paid off with the tangible success of the event.
