Prince Sultan Cardiac Center is pleased to announce the Saudi Board of Cardiology Fellowship Program is now ready to cater and provide a sustainable training course for aspiring cardiologists who wish to work effectively in their field of specialization. Along with this line, they are expected to achieve competency in six domains composed of Medical Knowledge, Patient Care, Professionalism, Interpersonal and Communications Skill, Practice-Based Learning and Improvement, and System-Based Practice.

In lieu hereof, candidates should comply the following important documents and requirements to qualify for admission. 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have a Saudi Specialty Certificate in Internal Medicine or its equivalent as approved by the Saudi Commission or must have successfully completed the written component of the Saudi Specialty Certificate in Internal Medicine

2. Must have the license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia

3. Must be able to provide a written permission from his/her sponsoring institution allowing participation in full-time training for the whole program period of 3 years

4. Must have a signature of obligation agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations of the Training Program and the Saudi Board

5. Must successfully pass the interview for the particular subspecialty

6. Must be able to provide three (3) Letters of Recommendation from consultants with whom the candidate has recently worked with

7. Must comply with the registration as a Senior Registrar at the Saudi  Council for Health Specialties

8. Must be able to present a Copy of Academic Diploma (MD, PhD, or equivalent)

9. Must fill in an updated Curriculum Vitae

3. Photocopies of the following:

    * National Identity Card (for Saudi Candidate)

   * Residence Permit/Iqama (for Non-Saudi    

      Candidate)

   * Passport

   * MBBS Certificate

   * MRCP Certificate

   * Certificate of Arab Board of Health Specialization in Internal Medicine

   *  SCHS Accreditation Certificate/Card

   *  SCHS Registration Card

   *  BLS Provider Certificate/Card

   *  ACLS Provider Certificate/Card

   *  3 Recommendation Letters

Candidates should not fail to appear for a PERSONAL INTERVIEW on NOVEMBER 12, 2018, Monday, at the center's Building 2, e-library, ground floor. Interviews will be conducted from 1300-1500 pm. Please come on time.
