PSCCQ Deputy Center Director leads the celebration of Patient Rights and Relations

The Deputy Director of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim, Mr. Abdullah Al-Fouzan led the Celebration of the for Patient's Rights and Relations and in which he emphasized that the awareness and knowledge of the patient and his family regarding his rights guaranteed by the system derived from Islamic Sharia is an urgent necessity that must be completed in all its aspects by realizing their responsibilities and their right to complement the legal system of patient relations.

During this celebration event, Mr. Fouzan stressed the importance of engaging in activities involved in the for Patient Rights and Relations which was organized by the Center, represented by the Department of Patient's Rights and Relations, in behalf of the Center Director.

Subsequently, the Deputy Director expressed his appreciation to the said department, along with the effective and competent staff for genuinely giving worth and essence to the excellent services they are continually offering to the patients. He likewise, thanked them for doing great in their field and for playing such an important role in dealing with patients.

On the other hand, Mr. Sami Al-Bouty, Relation Officer at the Center for Patient's Rights and Relations, explained that the rights and responsibilities of patient, their children, and companion are all-inclusive such rights as respect, discretion, privacy, confidentiality, access to health care, participation in the health care plan and acceptance or rejection of treatment.
