In response to the invitation of the administration of the secondary school of Prince Sultan Complex in Buraidah, and with the coordination of the Health Guidance led by Mr. Ali Mohammed Al-Dabaan, the awareness campaign held at their school vicinity.
The event kicked off with the speech from the school leader, Mr. Al Ibrahim Al Shamsan. He acknowledged the presence and warmly welcomed the Deputy Center Director, Mr. Abdullah Al-Fouzan and his medical team who participated in the campaign. He also sincerely thanked them for unselfishly taking part in the event as a contribution to the educational program organized by the school for its students. The campaign practically involved the students as they were given chance to take and know their blood pressure, sugar, as well as the weight and height measurement. The students were also oriented and lectured with the identification of proper and harmful nutritional diet, the benefits of engaging in a regular exercise.The medical team also conducted evaluation and assessment campaigns and distributed awareness brochures for the students to read and understand its importance.
As the campaign ended, the school leader himself handed over Certificates of Thanks and Appreciation to everyone in the entire medical team for voluntarily sharing their time and efforts to make the event effective and successful. Likewise, the campaign team was more than glad and grateful to have received such appreciation and gratitude. They reciprocally extended their thanks to the management and leader of the said school for their full cooperation and for the facilities they have provided which contributed much to the big success of the event.
