Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim represented by the Patients Rights and Relations Department held an open meeting with their patients along with their respective families on Sunday, December 9, 2017. This was in compliance and a part of the directives of the Ministry of Health in activating their initiatives and responsibly taking its course of action as a hospital dedicated to help and to serve.

The meeting began with a speech from Mr. Sami Mohammed Al-Buti, the Director of the Department of Patients Rights and Relations. He pointed out that this particular gathering aims to give the patients and their families the chance to share their sentiments and the problems they face as well as giving their proposals. Right then, they also had the time to ask their questions for clarity and satisfaction.  

The activity was well-graced with the presence of all the concerned staff including patients and their families, bed management, social worker, and receptionists. Dr. Tariq Soomro also showed up for the medical side. They were there to support and likewise be a part of answering all the queries raised during the meeting. 

The meeting successfully ended leaving a satisfactory impression on the patients and their families.
